Congratulations to Anastasia Towe, DVM, on winning third place in the graduate student category for her presentation at the UT College of Veterinary Medicine’s Research Day.

Towe’s presentation was titled “Use of implants for Terbinafine administration to treat and
prevent chytridiomycosis in amphibians.” As a third place winner, Towe will be awarded a travel grant to help with university and research-based travel.

Research Day is an annual event hosted by the College. The event provides an opportunity for students and researchers to gain experience showcasing their work as oral presentations. It also helps kickstart new ideas, collaborations, and networking among researchers.
